Financial Times: Suspected Trump Assassin Traveled to Ukraine to Join the War.

American Ryan Ruth, suspected of attempting to assassinate U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump, arrived in Ukraine in 2022 to join the fight against Russia as part of the "Foreign Legion." He was not accepted at the Polish-Ukrainian border due to his age, but this did not stop Ruth from starting to coordinate volunteers at Independence Square.
Ruth's main goal was to support foreign fighters and those helping Ukraine. He posted flyers around Kyiv, inviting foreigners to join the "Foreign Legion" and fight against the occupiers. Ruth also tried to attract the attention of Afghan servicemen who had fled the country after the Taliban's takeover.
It is known that Ruth was rejected by the Main Intelligence Directorate and the international legion due to his strange behavior. However, this did not stop him from trying to contribute to the fight on Ukraine's side.
Shooting Near U.S. Presidential Candidate
Yesterday, it became known that there was a shooting near U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump. Trump is safe, and the shooting occurred outside a club known for its high crime rate.
The FBI considers this shooting a possible assassination attempt on Trump. The U.S. Secret Service confirmed that its agent opened fire on an armed suspect at the golf club where Trump was present.
The suspect in the assassination attempt is 58-year-old Ryan Wesley Ruth. During his arrest, two backpacks and a GoPro camera were found, and an AK-47 rifle was located near the incident site.
This event followed a previous assassination attempt on Trump that occurred two months ago. In July, Thomas Matthew Crooks shot at Trump during a rally, wounding his ear.
