Without an ID card: what graduates need to know before NMT-2025.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs urges school graduates to ensure they are obtaining an ID card for participation in NMT-2025.
Registration for the main testing sessions will begin on March 6 and will last until April 3, 2025.
Receiving the first ID card takes 20 working days, so future applicants should consider this timeframe when planning to submit documents.
To obtain the first passport of a citizen of Ukraine in the form of an ID card, it is necessary to contact the nearest migration service unit, 'Passport Service' center, or Administrative Service Center.
You need to have a birth certificate, a passport of at least one parent, and a tax identification number (if available) with you. An extract from the community register regarding the place of residence will also be required, if available.
Importantly, the first ID card will be issued free of charge. If an individual does not have a tax identification number, it will be automatically assigned during the passport processing.
We remind you that NMT-2025 is planned to take place from May 14 to July 25. The testing will be conducted in a computer testing format and will include two blocks: the main block with three mandatory subjects and an additional block with one selected subject.
It is worth noting that during registration, applicants must create a personal account, provide their personal information, choose an elective subject, and the place of testing, as well as upload the necessary documents.
