Blinken and Lammy stated about the escalation of war from Putin's side due to missiles from Iran.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and British Foreign Secretary David Lammy, visiting Kyiv, expressed concern about the escalation of war in Ukraine from Russia.
According to Blinken, Russia is attacking civilian infrastructure, energy facilities, and the Ukrainian army. "We see Russia receiving ballistic missiles from Iran, which further intensifies their aggression in Ukraine. So, if anyone is trying to escalate the conflict, it seems to be Mr. Putin and Russia," he stated.
Lammy added: "Only this week, Putin received ballistic missiles from Iran. We see the formation of a new axis - Russia, Iran, North Korea. We urge China not to join this coalition of enemies."
Blinken also announced new aid to Ukraine amounting to more than 700 million dollars. Of them, 325 million dollars will be directed to support the energy sector, 290 million for humanitarian needs, and 102 million for demining.
Lammy characterized Russia's actions in Ukraine as "imperialism" and "fascism", comparing them to the experience of his ancestors who were enslaved. "This is imperialism. This is fascism," emphasized the minister.
We remind, Zelensky and Biden will hold a meeting on September 13.
