Russian forces plan to expel Ukrainian forces by the New Year or before Donald Trump's inauguration
According to military analyst Ivan Stupak, Russian forces aim to remove Ukrainian forces from the Kursk region by the New Year or, if unsuccessful, before Donald Trump's inauguration as President of the United States. The analyst suggests that President Putin needs a reason to address the citizens with a glass of champagne in front of the Kremlin and declare that they have achieved their goals and expelled Ukrainian military personnel from the Kursk region.
Stupak claims that the Russian command will make every effort, including involving North Korean soldiers, to meet the New Year holidays and provide some 'positive' to Russian citizens. If unsuccessful by the New Year, Russian forces will attempt to drive out Ukrainian forces before the inauguration of the new US president. The Kremlin does not take kindly to the 'freezing' along the demarcation line, especially in the Kursk region, so everything possible is being done to expel Ukrainian military forces and create an impartial and disadvantageous situation for the Kremlin.
