The Cabinet reduced the summons response time to the TCC.

The government has changed the procedure for enlisting citizens for military service during mobilization. The innovations provide that the attendance day for reservists or conscripts will be determined no earlier than 14 days after the summons is sent.
Now citizens with an administrative center in the region are required to arrive at the Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) within seven days, and from other settlements – within ten days.
Military unit commanders have also been given the right to recruit personnel without the TRC. Thus, the commander of a military unit can issue a referral for military duty medical evaluations (MDME) to determine their suitability for service.
The list of military units from which conscription will be carried out, as well as conscripts during mobilization, will be determined by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In October 2024, the Ministry of Defense is launching a recruitment service "Reservists+", which will allow quick access to vacancies in military units of the AFU.
The government has also registered a draft law that provides for the exclusion of commissions on matters of enlistment of conscripts.
