Where there is no electricity

Due to the planned work on Odesa's power grids, there is no electricity at the following addresses:

Southern REM:

Work until 20:00.

Central REM:

• Heroes of Krut Street, 38-46,
• Ivan and Yuri Lip Streets, 16,18,20,
• and others.

Work until 20:00.

Northern REM:

• Greenhouse Street, 3/B,4a,
• Matroska Street, 2,
• Stilova Street, 22a — 118,
• and others.

Work until 18:00-19:00.

Where to turn in case of power outage

If there is a power outage, it is recommended to first check the company's official website to see if an accident has already been reported at your address. If not, you can report the power outage in a convenient way:

• in private messages on Facebook DTEK Odesa Electric Networks;
• in the 'No electricity?' section on the website;
• by calling the call center at +38 (068/095/073) 750 90 90 (mobile) or +38 (048) 705 90 90 (landline).

It is worth remembering that due to a large number of calls, the call center lines may be overloaded.
