Bad weather will not leave Ukraine: forecasters showed where to expect short-term rains and thunderstorms.

According to the forecasts of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, there will be variable cloudiness with precipitation in the country today, June 25. In the night hours, rain and thunderstorms are expected in the east and southeast, while during the day they will move to the north. The wind will blow from the west at a speed of 7-12 m/s, with gusts in the western regions reaching 15-20 m/s.

Temperature regime

The air temperature will vary across regions. The nighttime temperature will fluctuate from 12 to 17 degrees, reaching up to 20 degrees in the south. During the day, temperatures are expected to be between 21-26 degrees, and in the south and in Transcarpathia, it may reach 27-32 degrees. In Kyiv, there will be no precipitation, with nighttime temperatures of 14-16 degrees and daytime temperatures of 23-25 degrees.

Forecast for the next week

Meteorologists emphasize that weather conditions may pose obstacles for many sectors of the economy and affect transportation, especially in areas with strong winds.

Throughout the next week, the movement of atmospheric fronts from the northwest and west is expected, leading to unstable weather with fluctuations in pressure, humidity, and temperature. It will be cool in the north, while other regions will experience comfortable summer temperatures, with the warmest conditions in the south and in Transcarpathia.

Today, June 25, variable cloudiness with rains and thunderstorms is expected across the country. Special attention should be paid to the western regions, where gusts of wind may reach 20 m/s.
