Deferral processing in 'Reserve+': service for students and people with disabilities has started.

One can apply for a deferral from mobilization online using the 'Reserve+' application. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The updated version of the application is already available on AppStore and PlayMarket.
Currently, the online deferral service is available for people with disabilities who have a valid pension certificate, as well as for students, postgraduates, and doctoral students who are obtaining education sequentially, for example, getting a master's degree after a bachelor's or studying in graduate school after a master's.
In the near future, deferrals will be launched for parents with three minors in one marriage, which are currently at the beta-testing stage.
«Ukrainians will be able to avoid standing in lines and collecting papers to extend the deferral every three months. This will ease the additional burden on the employees of TCC», - noted the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization, Kateryna Chernohorenko.
This is an important step in the development of online services for those liable for military service, helping them quickly resolve issues with just a few minutes and a smartphone, the Ministry of Defense emphasized.
The 'Reserve+' application has already undergone beta testing for students, postgraduates, people with disabilities, and parents of multiple children. It will also offer the possibility to obtain an electronic deferral from mobilization.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to expand the functionality of the 'Reserve+' application to attract more users.
Soon, users of the application will be able to verify the authenticity of the received summons, apply for a deferral, and select a specialty in the Armed Forces using 'Reserve+'.
The ministry is also implementing a new format of summons with a QR code for user convenience. This innovation is already being tested and will be introduced in the near future.
