Beating of a Man. The Court Chose a Preventive Measure for the Official of the Vinnytsia TCC and Her Accomplice.

Official Oksana Yanchak and her accomplice, suspected of beating a conscript, have been taken into custody. The incident occurred in September when the victim approached the institution to update his data. He was directed to the deputy head of the TCC, who started to force him to sign the conscript's questionnaire and refuse the reservation. Subsequently, after the man did not agree to such actions, the official struck him on the head and began to strangle him.
The employees of the DBR reported suspicions against Oksana Yanchak and her former subordinate for exceeding their official powers, which caused significant damage, committed under martial law by a group of individuals. For this, they face a penalty of up to 12 years of imprisonment.
The Vinnytsia City Court chose a preventive measure for Oksana Yanchak in the form of detention for 60 days and removed her from the position held.
