Violation of Mobilization Rules: How Many Ukrainians Found Themselves in the Debtors Register and What Penalties Await.

The Ministry of Justice has reported that as a result of violations of mobilization rules in Ukraine, accounts of 26 thousand citizens have already been blocked.
'In cases where there is an administrative penalty for violating mobilization rules, the penalty is imposed in the form of a fine. If it is not paid voluntarily, then the State Enforcement Service blocks the debtor's account only for the amount of the debt. No more. Above this amount, the debtor can manage their funds. The debtor immediately enters the debtors register. As soon as the fine is paid, the proceedings are dismissed, and the entry in the debtors register is removed,' explained Minenko.
Kirill Minenko recommends everyone to pay their debts independently and voluntarily to avoid additional costs. It should also be remembered that together with the fine, 10% of the penalty must be paid.
