Kyrylenko: Putin can only use nuclear weapons under one condition.

Kyrylenko: Russia may use nuclear weapons
Former Foreign Minister Pavlo Kyrylenko expressed the opinion about the possible use of nuclear weapons by the Russian Federation. He noted that such a scenario is unlikely, but possible if the current Russian regime is threatened.
According to Kyrylenko, changes in Russia's nuclear doctrine have their logic, which lies in establishing deliberate uncertainty. Under these conditions, in the event of an attack on Russian territory by a nuclear state or a country considered an 'enemy' by the Kremlin, Moscow will have the right to make any decisions.
Kyrylenko believes that for ensuring security in Europe, Europeans must make a decision about a global 'nuclear umbrella'. He considers that without it, Europeans will find it very difficult to feel secure, and it is important for Ukraine to be part of these projects.
Meanwhile, the United States has no indications that Russia is preparing to use nuclear weapons. According to intelligence, the threat level of such usage is low.
Kim Jong-un, the North Korean dictator, accused the U.S. of escalating tensions and provocations. He emphasized that there has never been such a risk of nuclear war on the Korean Peninsula as there is now.
