Reuters: The deal with TikTok is suspended due to China's position on new US tariffs.

The sale of American assets of TikTok has been temporarily suspended due to the introduction of new US tariffs on Chinese goods. A new company was previously planned to manage TikTok's operations in the US, but China rejected the deal and demands further negotiations. President Trump decided to extend the deadline for the agreement by another 75 days and noted that the administration is doing everything possible to keep TikTok available for American users.
Trump expressed hope that a deal with TikTok could be reached and called for cooperation with China. He also expressed hope that TikTok would not disappear.
It should be noted that earlier the US Supreme Court supported the ban on TikTok in the country, but the deadline for the sale of the company's assets was extended by 75 days.
