Russia uses nuclear energy to strengthen its influence in 54 countries - Media.

Russia is building new energy blocks around the world
Russia is actively expanding its presence in nuclear energy by constructing over 10 new energy blocks in various countries. Among these countries are Bangladesh, China, Egypt, India, Iran, and Turkey.
Putin's representative, Boris Titov, explains that this construction is driven by the growing demand for energy, especially from developing countries and companies using artificial intelligence.
«We are building over 10 different blocks around the world. We need a lot of energy. We cannot provide it without using nuclear energy,» he stated.
Currently, Russia is implementing projects in 54 countries related to nuclear reactors, fuel supply, and other services. Additionally, the Kremlin plans to increase its presence in new regions, including the construction of a small modular reactor plant in Uzbekistan, where a corresponding agreement has already been signed with Burkina Faso.
European countries, including Hungary and Slovakia, do not support sanctions against Russian nuclear fuel proposed by the USA and EU to reduce dependence. However, most Eastern European countries switched to using fuel from the American company Westinghouse after the RF invasion of Ukraine.
