Russia has intensified its information operation against Ukraine - SZR.

The Ukrainian Foreign Intelligence Service has identified a dangerous phase of the information operation being conducted by the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
According to the SZR, the main goal of this operation is to dismantle Ukrainian statehood by influencing the consciousness of people. Russia is attempting to prevent military confrontation, instead delegitimizing Ukrainian power and undermining democratic institutions to force Ukraine to adhere to an external political scenario favorable to Russia.
This operation is carried out by Russian special services, such as the FSB, SVR, and GUR, under the supervision of the Russian presidential administration.
Russia employs 'peacekeeping initiatives' and 'analytical discourse' to propagate the following ideas:
- the illegitimacy of Ukrainian power due to the non-holding of elections during martial law;
- the necessity to create a 'temporary administration' led by the UN, USA, EU, or even in the format of a 'quartet' with Russia;
- the impossibility of concluding a peace treaty between Ukraine and Russia, which would provide grounds for changing the political course.
The SZR emphasized that all these narratives are part of a special operation aimed at forcing Ukraine into political capitulation under the guise of 'peace settlement.'
Moreover, Russian narratives penetrate the influence structures of Ukraine's partners through the organization of public 'discussions' about the legitimacy of power, negotiations without Ukraine's involvement, and the idea of 'loss of trust' towards Kyiv.
