Russians attacked Chasiv Yar, Sumy region, and Zaporizhzhia: main news of the night.


In Chasiv Yar, Donetsk region, a high-rise building was attacked using an FPV drone, resulting in casualties and injuries. The building that was hit suffered damage. A criminal investigation has been opened regarding this incident.
There were also shelling by Russian occupiers in the Sumy region. This caused fires and destruction in populated areas and led to fatalities. A total of 169 shelling incidents were recorded in border territories and settlements. One person was killed in the Krasnopill community, with an apartment building and private homes being damaged.
In the evening of December 26, Russian forces carried out a missile strike on Zaporizhzhia, targeting the industrial infrastructure of the region. Fortunately, there were no casualties, but the extent of the destruction is currently being assessed.
Deep State analysts updated the map of hostilities and noted that the enemy occupied the village of Ukrainka in Donetsk region. Additionally, the occupiers continue to advance in other areas of the region.
