One Thousand Euros per Kilogram: What the World's Most Expensive Cheese is Made Of.

Cheese 'Pule' is considered the most expensive in the world, as its price ranges from 1000 to 1300 euros per kilogram. It is made in Serbia from donkey milk, making it unique among other cheeses.
The main feature of 'Pule' is its ingredient proportions: 60% milk from Balkan donkeys and 40% goat's milk. Donkeys produce much less milk than cows, so the production of this cheese requires significant effort. It takes 25 liters of donkey milk to produce one kilogram of 'Pule', which explains its high price.
Other of the world's most expensive cheeses also captivate gourmets: from Swedish cheese made from moose milk to Spanish 'Queso Cabrales' and Italian 'Bitto Storico'. In Ukraine, there is an increase in cheese imports, posing serious competition for local producers.
The news describes the world's most expensive cheese - 'Pule', which is produced in Serbia from donkey and goat milk. It is characterized by a high price due to its complex production process. It also mentions other costly cheeses from different countries and notes the increase in imports of such cheeses to Ukraine.
