Online deferment is available in Reserve+ for 40 thousand Ukrainians
Over 40 thousand Ukrainians have already used the mobile app 'Reserve+' to receive an online deferment. This was reported by Katerina Chernogorenko, the Deputy Minister of Defense responsible for development and digital transformation.
Starting from November 9, the 'Reserve+' app allows for deferment for disabled persons, students, postgraduates, and doctoral students who are studying consecutively. In the future, this possibility will also be available to other citizens who are entitled to deferment from mobilization.
'In the first hours, we saw a high demand for online deferment. Approximately 10,000 individuals submitted such a request. Currently, the Oberig register is loaded with quite large volumes. I remind you that deferment is provided from the Unified State Register of Military Obligations. We do not store user data,' Chernogorenko noted.
The Deputy Minister also pointed out that due to the large number of applications, delays in processing may occur, but all deferment requests will be considered.
'Within two days of launching online deferment in Reserve+, we have already received tens of thousands of applications, and approximately 40 thousand citizens have received deferment,' Chernogorenko emphasized.
