The Ministry of Defense explained the situation regarding the re-examination of 'conditionally fit' individuals.

The Ministry of Defense announced that the new deadline for the re-examination by the military medical commission for Ukrainian citizens fit for military service is proposed to be set on June 5, 2025.
A draft law with this proposal is being prepared for consideration. It amends Section II 'Final and Transitional Provisions' of the Law of Ukraine 'On Amending Some Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Ensuring of Rights of Military Personnel and Police Officers for Social Protection'.
Citizens who are consciously recognized as conditionally fit must themselves contact the territorial recruitment center or through the electronic cabinet of the conscript to obtain a referral to the military medical commission for a medical examination.
Failure to comply with or timely execution of the new norm will be considered an administrative offense.
According to current legislation, all fit for military service must undergo a medical examination again by February 4. However, currently, only 25% of them have managed to do so.
