Border guards have intensified security measures at the border with Romania and Hungary
To ensure security at the border with Romania and Hungary, the Ukrainian border authorities have decided to strengthen control at the most vulnerable points. As reported by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, soldiers will use modern technology and special means that allow them to respond to threats and effectively address violations.
In April, a new border crossing 'Wielka Palad' - 'Nagyfödö' for vehicles up to 3.5 tons will be opened at the border with Hungary. This project is part of the strategy for developing border infrastructure by 2030. Currently, the necessary barriers are being installed, and customs and border protection authorities will operate on both sides.
