Ukrainians will receive up to 3 thousand hryvnias by Independence Day: who and how will receive it.

Ukrainians will receive payments by Independence Day
Government representative Taras Melnychuk spoke about what financial support will be provided and to whom before Independence Day in 2025.
At this Time, the state will allocate funds to veterans and individuals affected during armed conflicts. A one-time payment of about 3000 hryvnias will be allocated to certain categories of recipients.
A one-time assistance ranging from 2,700 to 3,100 hryvnias will be directed to persons with disabilities acquired as a result of the war, as well as to those who were in concentration camps or ghettos during childhood (up to 14 years old).
The amount of payment for people with disabilities will depend on the disability group:
- Group I recipients - 3,100 hryvnias
- Group II recipients - 2,900 hryvnias
- Group III recipients - 2,700 hryvnias
These payments will be received by people affected during armed conflicts, anti-terrorist operations, combat actions, and other events.
It is important to note that citizens will not need to submit any documents to receive assistance - payments will be automatically credited. The process of organizing payments will be carried out through local social protection authorities.
We remind you that pensioners abroad have already been informed about possible changes in payments.
This government initiative aims to improve social protection for veterans and those affected by the consequences of the war.
