In Odesa, an operational headquarters was deployed for residents of houses damaged by the Russian attack.

An urban operational headquarters was opened in Odesa to assist residents whose property was damaged as a result of a massive Russian drone attack on the city on the night of November 9th to 10th. This was reported by the Odesa City Council.
The headquarters was deployed in the Peresyp district at 24 Yadova Street. On site, district administration employees, together with other services, are accepting applications for material assistance and providing consultations on the package of documents required for assistance processing.
The headquarters at Yadova will be operational today. Subsequently, residents of the damaged houses can contact the Peresyp district administration located at 106 Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue (Dobrovolsky Avenue) from 08:00 to 17:00 or by phone: (048) 750-24-21.
It should be reminded that late in the evening of November 9th, Russia attacked the Odesa region. As a result, residential buildings were damaged, with two people injured.
Also, on the night of November 10th, Russian drones attacked Kyiv. Defense forces neutralized about a dozen and a half enemy UAVs.
