Ukraine Plans to Launch an Analog of the Famous Musk Department.

The Ukrainian government is considering the possibility of launching an analog of the American department for reducing public spending (DOGE) in order to decrease expenditures in the state budget. This was reported by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.

Fedorov plans to create a Ukrainian version of DOGE for several projects and is looking for an appropriate leader for this direction.

'I plan to launch an analog of DOGE for several projects. It is necessary to urgently reduce expenditures and assess efficiency. I will be looking for a person to lead this direction,' wrote Fedorov.

The DOGE department was created in the USA in 2025 and helped save about 150 billion dollars in the federal budget. This project was initiated by Donald Trump, and Elon Musk became a special advisor for a limited Time.

The minister also commented on the situation with distance learning and spoke about the weapons used by the West on the battlefield in Ukraine.
