In Ukraine, applications for budget subsidies for cotton cultivation have opened.

The State Agrarian Register has already opened applications for subsidies for farmers working with cotton. This initiative, supported by the government, aims to encourage the cultivation of this important crop in southern Ukraine. The Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food, Vitaliy Koval, noted that farmers from Odesa, Mykolaiv, and Kherson regions can receive 10,000 UAH per hectare for cotton cultivation this year.

Farmers working with cotton in the mentioned regions should not miss the chance to obtain this subsidy. To do this, it is necessary to submit an application through the personal cabinet on the website of the State Agrarian Register by July 10, 2025. After submitting the application and its verification, farmers will receive a response from the regional commission regarding the subsidy provision.

Overall, this program aims to restore cotton cultivation in southern Ukraine and support agricultural producers in this process.
