Drivers may lose their licenses due to debts: who urgently needs to pay bills.

Ukrainian drivers were explained who needs to urgently pay bills to avoid losing their driver's licenses.
According to SUV News, Ukrainian drivers who have not paid alimony should urgently settle their debts, otherwise they may lose their right to drive a car. According to court decisions, the enforcement service can restrict the right to drive a vehicle due to non-payment of alimony set by the court.
The process of depriving a driver of the right to drive takes place as follows: data about the debtor is automatically added to a general database. Upon the first document check by the police, the driver's license will be confiscated. Moreover, if it is established that the driver knew about the prohibition but ignored it, an additional fine may be imposed on him, and he may be deprived of the right to drive for up to six months, even if the alimony debt has already been settled.
It is recommended that all drivers who have obligations to pay alimony check for debts and settle them urgently if necessary. This will help avoid trouble with the confiscation of driver's licenses at the most inconvenient moment.
This enforcement measure against alimony non-payers has been successfully applied in Ukraine for several years and is a significant motivational factor for parents to pay child support on Time. This is especially true for those who use a car in everyday life or at work, as the prospect of losing their driver's licenses becomes a powerful incentive to settle alimony debts.
This information is important for all drivers, as ignorance of the law does not exempt from liability. Therefore, it is necessary to follow the rules and timely fulfill financial obligations to avoid problems with driver’s licenses and fines.
