The driver received a large fine for being 'afraid of the TCC'.

Fine for a displaced person in Khmelnytskyi for violating traffic rules
The court in Khmelnytskyi fined a displaced person 17,000 hryvnias for refusing to undergo a medical examination for drug intoxication. The incident occurred in the village of Viitvitsi in the Khmelnytskyi district when police stopped a Ford Transit vehicle for document checks. The driver refused to undergo the examination, citing fear for his own life, as there were supposed to be TCC employees at the medical facility.
In court, the driver stated that he did not refuse the intoxication test but only did not want to exit the vehicle due to the aggressive behavior of the TCC employees. Due to the conflict situation and risk to himself, he refused the examination. However, the court decided against him and revoked his right to drive for a year, lamenting his intention to avoid responsibility for the violation.
Recently, similar incidents have also occurred in Kharkiv and Pryluky related to document checks by citizens at the TCC. These situations indicate tension and conflict in the relationships between citizens and employees of the Centers for Recruitment and Social Support.
