US Energy Policy: What Trump Plans to Change.

According to RBK-Ukraine, President-elect Donald Trump plans to implement his energy policy aimed at increasing fossil fuel production and reducing environmental regulations in the US as soon as he assumes power on January 20. He plans to issue up to 100 executive orders focusing on national security, borders, and energy. According to Forbes, the main points of Trump's policy include lifting restrictions on natural gas exports, withdrawing the US from the Paris Climate Agreement, restarting oil and gas leasing, reviewing energy policy, and freezing wind energy and green energy credits. Trump also plans to lift the drilling ban imposed by Joe Biden and declare a state of emergency in the energy sector. According to analysts, Trump's first moves could be made through executive orders, considering his limited Time in office and Republican support in Congress.
